Shipping policy

UAE, GCC and Middle east based customers

1. Payment:

a. You can pay online using PayPal or via wire transfer. Should you wish to make a wire transfer, please email yaz@yazJewels.com and we will provide you with bank details. 

2. Shipping

a. You will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location 

b. Shipping is free for all UAE based customers

c. All shipping rates are based on your shipping location. You will receive an email and AWB tracking number once your order has shipped.

YazJewels FZ LLC is not responsible for any customs, imports or duty charges your country may have. Please ensure that you understand the applicable duty charges in your home country.

International

1.Payment

a. You can pay online using the integrated secure payment gateway or via wire transfer. Should you wish to make a wire transfer, please email yaz@yazjewels.com and we will provide you with bank details. 

2. Shipping

a. You will receive your order within 7 to 10 working days

b. All shipping rates are based on your shipping location. You will receive an email and AWB tracking number once your order has shipped.

YazJewels LLC is not responsible for any customs, imports or duty charges your country may have. Please ensure that you understand the applicable duty charges in your home country.

YazJewels LLC is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities, and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be registered to the address of the buyer as per the address given only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). YazJewels LLC is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

• shop.yazjewels.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

• Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholders monthly statement.
