Return and Exchanges
If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, YazJewels FZ-LLC will be happy to offer an opportunity to exchange it for another item of equal or higher value. To return a purchase, please email yaz@yazjewels within 10 days of receiving your order. If the customer is in the UAE, arrangements can be made for the items to be picked up, otherwise the customer will need to use a reliable and insured shipping service. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the return credit. Any fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the price originally paid by the customer, before the refund is processed. Refunds will be made in the same mode the original payment was made in.
To process a return or an exchange, please follow the steps below:
All items must be in the same condition you received them in, not worn and neatly packed in the same packing you received them in.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns and request and we will discuss the details of the exchange, the return shipping and any other details.Please do so within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Please process the return within a week of receiving your return information
